Everything in House – No Subcontractors

You send a drawing, we deliver the finished component. Laser cutting, CNC bending, TIG welding, surface finishing – all manufacturing steps are carried out in house. No coordination overhead, no back-and-forth between subcontractors.

Our stainless steel focus makes the difference: stainless steel and mild steel are processed in strictly separate areas, with dedicated tooling and no cross-contamination. This is how we guarantee corrosion-free stainless steel assemblies.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do you calculate laser cutting prices?
Pricing depends on material, sheet thickness and quantity. Stainless steel costs more than mild steel; thicker sheets require longer cutting time. Send us your drawing – you will receive a concrete quote within 48 hours.
Which materials can you laser cut?
Mild steel up to 25 mm, stainless steel up to 20 mm, aluminium up to 12 mm. For copper, brass and plastics we use waterjet cutting – no heat input.
What is the maximum thickness for stainless steel laser cutting?
Up to 20 mm on our flatbed laser. For greater thicknesses we switch to waterjet cutting (up to 150 mm possible). Both processes are available in house.
What is the difference between laser cutting and waterjet cutting?
Laser cutting is faster and more precise for thin sheets. Waterjet cuts without heat – ideal for heat-sensitive materials, thick sheets and non-metals. We advise which process is optimal for your component.
What tolerances are achievable with laser cutting?
Typically ±0.1 mm for thin sheets, ±0.2 mm for thicker materials. The exact tolerance depends on material and sheet thickness.
What is the minimum order quantity?
From batch size 1. From single parts and prototypes through to series production. Our in-house material stock ensures short throughput times even for small quantities.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes – we supply customers throughout Europe. Parts are shipped securely packaged. For time-critical projects we can also arrange express delivery. Contact us to discuss your logistics requirements.
